Leasing Executive

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Leasing Executive to support our national retail leasing portfolio. You’ll support the lease negotiation and administration of new retail sites, lease renewals and exits.

What You Will Do

Manage leasing activities across a national retail property portfolio, coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews, relocations, and lease negotiations, and monitor market trends and provide recommendations to support leasing decisions.

Requirements

• Experience managing or coordinating retail leasing portfolios
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of lease terms, renewals, and property processes
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and confidence managing documentation and reporting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
