Create engaging content and in-app experiences for HCF's Thank You loyalty program across digital channels. Reporting to the Senior Digital Content Manager.
Create compelling member-focused content, develop SEO-optimised copy, UX content, and loyalty campaign messaging, and deliver engaging in-app and web experiences.
Strong copywriting, editing, and content storytelling skills, generalist marketing knowledge, and experience in digital content, content marketing, or campaign delivery.
