Job description
Perform troubleshoots and resolve technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and meet production goals. Assume leadership role in addressing major process issues related to yield, cost, and quality issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, implement TPM / CIL methodology, team up with equipment/process engineer, carry out investigation, implement containment and permanent corrective action.
Internalize positive work culture, maintain effective records, comply with safe work practices, effectively communicate, and ensure area is well coordinated within the manufacturing environment.
