Job description
Join onsemi as a Principal Industrial Engineer at our Mountain Top, PA facility and play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and shaping innovative solutions for semiconductor production.
Maintain and improve site Capacity Model, develop and maintain an accurate Labor Model, oversee factory loading, maintain site computer systems, and lead cross-functional improvement teams.
Collaborate with Corporate Industrial Engineering team and Corporate Supply Chain Management Team, lead Kaizen events, and solve complex problems to achieve measurable productivity gains.
