Job description
The Shift Manager is the single-point owner of factory performance for an assigned shift in the East Fishkill 300mm Wafer Fab. This role is accountable for delivering safe, stable, and cost-effective manufacturing results through decisive leadership, rigorous enforcement of standards, and end-to-end ownership of operational outcomes.
Own and deliver shift-level performance results across equipment uptime, throughput, quality, cycle time, and cost. Lead on-shift problem definition, containment, and recovery for equipment, process, staffing, and material constraints.
Success in this role requires strong judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to lead effectively through complexity while balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost in real time.
