Staff Product Engineer

Role Overview

This position offers a great opportunity to work on industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. In this role, you’ll be a member of Cost Entitlement and Sustaining PE team, tasked with supporting product lines and business P&Ls on new product introduction and legacy product sustaining activities.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities will include owning cost reduction and entitlement activities, generating automated data analysis reports, owning customer RMA activities, and driving cost reduction activities.

Candidate should have knowledge and experience with software development using C++ / C / Python / JAVA, and be able to operate ATE platforms and programming language to develop low level ATE code for Analog / Mix Signal blocks.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with software development using C++ / C / Python / JAVA
• Ability to operate ATE platforms and programming language to develop low level ATE code for Analog / Mix Signal blocks
• Good understanding on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) system architecture
• Good IC and test knowledge and background, across digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal
• Strong data-analysis skills
• Prior hands-on experience working ATE Test Equipment for IC testing
