Role Overview

The Automotive Power Solutions group seeks a skilled and motivated engineering technician to support the applications engineering team with high quality power electronics laboratory work.

What You Will Do

Develop test assemblies, conceive, design, fabricate, assemble, operate, and maintain bench-top setups that test the performance of onsemi parts for real-life applications.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Develop electro-mechanical hardware, teststand control software, and interfaces between digital controllers and the test apparatus, while working with high accuracy instrumentation in a power laboratory.

Requirements

• Skilled and motivated engineering technician
• High quality power electronics laboratory work experience
• Ability to develop test assemblies, conceive, design, fabricate, assemble, operate, and maintain bench-top setups
• Experience with electro-mechanical hardware, teststand control software, and interfaces between digital controllers and the test apparatus
