Job description
Responsible for Test program management and Prober/Tester Qualification, monitoring and improvement to ensure reliability of electrical parameters measurements in Wafer probe operations in ISMF. Support on hold lot disposition related to Prober/Tester.
Develop and maintain test programs, control maps, and probe/testing specifications. Troubleshoot probing-related issues, analyze failing wafers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and resolution.
Lead quality control initiatives, drive continuous improvement projects, and implement cost-saving measures through process automation and simplification.
