Job description
The Manufacturing Test–Product Engineer (Probe) provides manufacturing test engineering support for Probe operations to ensure product quality, manufacturing readiness, and cost-effective high-volume production. Collaborates with BU Product Engineers, WDS Process Engineers, Quality Engg and Manufacturing operations in all aspects of Probe Product and Test engineering areas for assigned products.
Provide technical ownership of Test manufacturing processes, support new product transfers, technology ramps, and quality improvement initiatives, manage quality containment and firewall programs, and lead Test yield improvement and defect reduction.
Drive quality and cost improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams, provide timely technical support to manufacturing operations, and develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
