Requirements
- Previous experience in banquet setup or a similar role
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent guest service
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
