Requirements
- Lead & Inspire: Take charge of a multidiscipline team
- Drive Collaboration: Independently coordinate with engineers, designers, and consultants
- Be the Client Partner: Establish and lead client and stakeholder meetings
- Hands-On Leadership: Conduct on-site work sessions with project managers and discipline leads
- Deliver Excellence: Manage workloads, review architectural documents, and resolve conflicts
- Elevate Quality: Perform QA/QC reviews, write and edit specifications, and ensure technical integrity
- Adapt & Solve: Coordinate addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders
- Dual Leadership: Step into project leadership or construction contract administration roles as needed
