Requirements
- Coordinate the work of Electrical Engineers
- Establish client relations
- Participate in marketing, design, and production meetings
- Assume the electrical lead on many projects
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies
- Conduct schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions
- Coordinate workload through the entire project development
- Track the financial aspects of projects
- Work with the Project Manager and Regional Controller for project reviews
- Direct the activities of other electrical engineering professionals
- Act as a mentor to other staff members
