Requirements

• Coordinate the work of Electrical Engineers
• Establish client relations
• Participate in marketing, design, and production meetings
• Assume the electrical lead on many projects
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies
• Conduct schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions
• Coordinate workload through the entire project development
• Track the financial aspects of projects
• Work with the Project Manager and Regional Controller for project reviews
• Direct the activities of other electrical engineering professionals
• Act as a mentor to other staff members
