Senior Recruiter

HDR is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the North Central US. The successful candidate will drive the full life cycle recruitment process, build relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers, and proactively source and manage candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process.

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience
• Previous experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
• Previous experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to create rapport over the phone
• Ability to independently travel (less than 10%)
