Job Description
At HDR, we believe design has the power to transform communities and improve lives. As a Senior Recruiter, you will partner with HDR leadership to steer the talent identification and recruitment process for roles in the North Central US.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of hands-on recruiting / sourcing experience
- Previous experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
- Previous experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to independently travel (less than 10%)
