Coach, Nationals Baseball & Softball Summer Camps: 2025-3513

The Nationals Baseball & Softball Camps deliver summer baseball experiences for kids aged 5-13, with a focus on building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. As a Coach, you will lead small groups of campers through fun, active, age-appropriate baseball experiences, creating an environment where campers feel supported, included, and excited to learn and play.

Requirements

• Lead a group of 10–12 campers of a similar age through daily baseball games, drills, activities, and active play
• Deliver the provided curriculum and activity plans to ensure a consistent, high-quality camp experience
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where campers feel safe, encouraged, and excited to participate
• Motivate campers through positive energy, clear communication, and hands-on leadership
• Uphold all camp safety, supervision, and behavioral expectations throughout the day
• Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and site leadership to support daily camp flow and create unforgettable, premium camp moments
• Assist with transitions, group movement, arrival and dismissal, and daily camp operations
