Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access, and we're looking for a Business Development Lead, Care Partnerships to help us achieve this mission. You will own the full BD motion for mid-market health system opportunities, build relationships with Director+ care management and clinical operations leaders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful launches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle BD or sales experience in healthcare, health tech, or a related industry
- Sold into health systems, clinics, or provider organizations and understand care management workflows
- Strong relationship builder who can earn trust with Director+ leaders
- Can own a pipeline end-to-end — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing
- Strategic and scrappy — think long-term about accounts but aren't afraid to pick up the phone
- Clear, concise communicator who can pitch Headway's value prop with credibility
