HPI is a third-party administrator that offers health and benefit solutions to employers. The Client Implementation Specialist will facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and ensure the seamless integration of their plans.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Three plus years of experience within the healthcare or insurance industry
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of self-insurance concepts
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
