Requirements
- Active state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license
- Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license
- Degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program
- Passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination
