Job description
The Nurse Practitioner will provide Primary Health Care services to assigned populations, including health assessment, health promotion and education, disease and injury prevention and assessment, treatment interventions, and collaboration with other health care providers. The position may include first on-call support and participation in Lean, patient safety, community development, clinical practice redesign, quality improvement, and evaluation.
