Benefits Analyst

Role Overview

We're seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources Center of Excellence (COE). This role supports the design, administration, and delivery of benefits programs in India and Philippines while collaborating with global partners.

What You Will Do

Administer employee benefits programs, serve as a primary point of contact for benefit inquiries, partner with brokers and internal teams, and maintain accurate benefits data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business, Commerce, or related field preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in employee benefits, HR operations, shared services, or HR analytics
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRIS or benefits systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
