Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the member commerce experience for HealthEquity Marketplace, a managed health and wellness platform designed to help our members get more health and healthcare per dollar.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with significant depth in consumer commerce, ecommerce platforms, or marketplace platforms
- Direct experience building or operating within a managed marketplace where multiple partner offerings are presented within a unified commerce experience
- Strong product judgment combined with analytical rigor
- Mobile-first instincts
- Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and design tools
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
