Job Description
HealthFlex is seeking Home Health Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. This role involves assessing patient needs, designing treatment plans, and providing therapy to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance physical function. Requirements
- Current and unrestricted CA PT License
- 1 year PT experience
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
