RN Inpatient Nursing Resource Team (Float Pool)

Assess, develop, implement and evaluate nursing care and treatment for patients in an assigned clinical area. Coordinate patient scheduling, maintain patient records, and manage patient admissions.

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Knowledge of clinical nursing care procedures and protocols
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and understanding of computer systems, tools and programs
