Implementation Specialist

Role Overview

The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition for new healthcare clients to HealthMark Group’s Release of Information and Form Completion services. This position focuses on guiding new clients through a successful onboarding process and managing client data within HealthMark’s MedRelease software.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new healthcare clients, enter and maintain accurate client data, serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and partner with Processing and IT teams to resolve technical or process-related issues.
