Payroll Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with regulations.

What You Will Do

Manage payroll cycles, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintain payroll systems, and collaborate with HR and Finance departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP Workforce)
• Experience with an ERP-based accounting software package (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work independently to handle all end-to-end payroll tasks
