Regions Hospital is looking for a Carpenter to join their team to perform carpentry work, including maintenance, repair, and alteration of structures and articles of work or similar material.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write the English language.
- Ability to read and understand building blueprints.
- Ability to complete mathematical calculations.
- Knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of water, natural gas, medical gases, and all sewer systems.
- Knowledge of building and plumbing codes affecting the hospital complex.
- Ability to install and repair a variety of hospital plumbing systems.
- Ability to use power and hand tools such as pipe machines, sewer cable machines, hole saws, Hilti drills, Hilti anchor guns, concrete and core drills, hammers, screw drivers, wrenches, pliers, cutters, and soldering equipment.
