Job Description
HealthSherpa is a fully remote healthcare startup that helps people find and enroll in individual health coverage. The Senior Agency Growth Manager is a key driver of revenue growth and long-term success within a portfolio of insurance agency accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or client success
- 3+ years of experience working with health insurance agencies or within the health insurance industry
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills, with experience engaging agency leadership or other senior stakeholders
