Requirements
- Generalist experience with multiple channels
- Analytically sharp with proper measurement and data-driven decisions
- Experimental mindset with hypotheses testing and experimentation
- Entrepreneurial experience with startup or founder background
- Great communicator with a community-first approach
- Transparent with shared updates and progress
- Experience marketing to a professional or practitioner audience (e.g. healthcare, legal, finance, education)
- Hands-on experience with paid marketing
- Built marketing automations
