AI Enablement Specialist

The AI Enablement Specialist owns user adoption and team-member upskilling for AI at HBS, leading the expansion of Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork and driving day-to-day adoption and tier-1/2 user support across HBS business units.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in IT operations, technology consulting, end-user enablement, learning and development, or AI/automation operations
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot Cowork as a daily working tool
• Experience designing and delivering training, certification programs, or structured change-enablement content for software adoption
