The Commercial Space and Development Manager will prepare, develop, and deliver retail and property capital projects, managing the development of design information and creating commercially revenue-generating space to improve passenger experience.
Requirements
- Project Leadership: Technical Project Lead for Major Customer projects
- Customer Development Client Sponsorship: Act as the Customer client sponsor for all Customer projects
- Heathrow Gateway Document Preparation: Prepare all documentation related to the Heathrow Project Gateways
- Financial Control, Risk Analysis and Reporting: Work with development and finance teams to create and manage project progress reporting
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks for all retail projects
