Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) - St. Stephanus in Berlin Spandau

We are a kindergarten located in the heart of a green area in Haselhorst and easily accessible by public transportation. We offer a place for 68 children aged 1-6 years and work in mixed-age groups. Our work, based on situational pedagogical use, as well as our bright, friendly designed rooms and the large garden provide them with space for free play, self-reliance, movement and the development of a confident personality.

Requirements

• State-recognized educator or equivalent degree according to the Kita legislation of the state
• Experience in working with integration children (ideally)
• Ability to open, appreciative and clear communication with colleagues, parents and children
• Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal provisions
