Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator will oversee the daily processing of payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements using the UKG payroll system. They will be responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll issues, strengthen internal controls, and ensure all payroll activities align with federal, state, and company regulations.

Requirements

• End-to-end processing and oversight of weekly, biweekly, and semimonthly multi-state payrolls
• Subject matter expert on payroll tax requirements and applicable laws
• Setup, administration, and processing of all child support orders and wage garnishments
• Review, validation, and approval of payroll deductions
• Investigation, resolution, and guidance on complex payroll discrepancies and escalations
• Conducting weekly payroll audits and supporting internal audit activities
• Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Administration of corporate payroll-related plans
• Preparation and analysis of payroll reports
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll information and data integrity
