Job description
The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation failures, and coordinate electrical support for shutdowns, outages, and capital projects.
We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of PLCs, variable frequency drives, industrial power distribution, and instrumentation and process controls, as well as experience in cement, aggregates, mining, or manufacturing operations.
