Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance activities for stationary and mobile heavy equipment at the Cadomin Quarry, ensuring optimal availability and effective oversight of mechanics and contractors. This senior role provides leadership to maintenance teams, ensures regulatory compliance, supports production goals, and drives equipment reliability during both surface and underground transition phases.
Lead and supervise all maintenance activities, develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with OH&S and environmental standards, and provide leadership, training, and direction to a multiskilled workforce.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in quarry, mining, or heavy industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and mining regulations, and proven ability to supervise heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
