Talent Acquisition Associate

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a critical role in delivering high-quality talent across the organization. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing support, and community outreach efforts to strengthen the company's talent pipeline and employer brand.

What You Will Do

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, provide proactive sourcing support, develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, build and maintain talent pipelines, and represent the company at career fairs and community-based recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or related field
• 1 + years of professional talent acquisition experience
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
• Advanced sourcing and talent pipelining skills
• Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
• Experience with community outreach, workforce partnerships, or campus recruiting
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and insurance
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
