
Job description
The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a critical role in delivering high-quality talent across the organization. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing support, and community outreach efforts to strengthen the company's talent pipeline and employer brand.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, provide proactive sourcing support, develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, build and maintain talent pipelines, and represent the company at career fairs and community-based recruiting initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or related field, 1+ years of professional talent acquisition experience, strong full-cycle recruiting experience, and advanced sourcing and talent pipelining skills.
