Job description
As a Direct Load Disponent, you will be responsible for the independent disposition of part and full loads, using freight exchanges, creating daily prices and offers, and caring for customers from offer creation to order processing. You will work independently and have strong cost awareness. Your main responsibilities will include disposition of part and full loads, using freight exchanges, creating daily prices and offers, and caring for customers from offer creation to order processing. You will also review costs daily based on established key figures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed successful training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification. You should have disposition experience in the load and part-load area with good market knowledge, well-developed negotiation skills, and strong cost awareness. Good English skills in writing and speaking are also required.
