
Job description
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Chicago office. The Content Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing written content across our clients and owned media platforms.
Write and edit long-form and short-form content, execute against content calendars, ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality standards, and track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
You will work closely with account managers, PR, and digital teams to produce content that is on-brand, on-time, and driving measurable results. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication, organization, and accountability.
