Creative Front-end Engineer

Role Overview

A Creative Front-end Engineer combines code and creativity to bring unique digital experiences to life, collaborating with designers, motion designers, and other developers to ensure technical viability of UI/UX designs.

What You Will Do

Translate creative concepts and designs into fluid, attractive, and performant interactive experiences, implement animations and micro-interactions, and optimize the experience for different devices, resolutions, and browsers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in creative front-end development, solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and experience with React.js and related frameworks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative front-end development
• 7+ years of experience in front-end development
• Experience implementing rich interfaces with animations and interactions
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with React.js and related frameworks (Next.js preferably)
• Mastery of at least one animation library or framework (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie, Three.js, etc.)
• Ability to integrate design, motion, and development coherently
• Experience in collaborative work with designers and creative teams
• Good performance and resource loading optimization
• Advanced level of English oral and written
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to explore new tools and trends
