Job Description
As a Case Manager with HELP USA, you'll help clients experiencing homelessness find a place to call home and become self-sufficient by identifying causes, coordinating with the service team, and providing referrals for employment, education, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field OR equivalent experience and skills
- Ability to keep track of multiple priorities and complete tasks on time
- Great communication skills (written and oral)
