IT Engineer

Helsing is a defence AI company that aims to protect democracies. We're looking for a mission-driven IT Engineer to join our European teams. You will configure and operate endpoints, assess and deduce requirements from regulatory documents, and partner with our IT team on the operation and optimization of Helsing's corporate environments. You should have experience in IT engineering or support, management of network infrastructure, and strong problem-solving skills. This position may require German security clearance and potentially other NATO security clearances. Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Experience in an IT engineering or IT support role, particularly working with macOS and Windows (Server)
• Experience in the management of network infrastructure, ideally including administration of network- and host-based security tools
• Great communication skills for engaging at all levels within an organisation
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills combined with the ability to find creative solutions
• Experience working with M365, more specifically Entra ID, Purview and SharePoint
• Experience working with Mobile Device Management tools like Intune, Jamf and JumpCloud
• Experience working with PowerShell or Python to automate workflows
• Information security expertise, especially related to regulations specific to Germany
