Director of Health Information Management

Join Hendricks Behavioral Hospital as a Director of Health Information Management to direct the activities of the Health Information Management Services Department and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information management/medical records and experience in leadership roles in health information management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information management/medical records
• Certification accreditation as a registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
• Minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in information management
• Thorough knowledge of medical records coding and medical terminology
