Job description
Develop and implement engineering solutions to shop floor processes, support operations group with continuous improvement objectives, and communicate with hourly group to assist with needs and process improvements.
Support manufacturing to protect the customer, decrease setup and changeover times, develop and maintain operator work instructions, and improve effectiveness of product and process change method.
Background in team approach to problem solving, ability to manage multiple tasks on a time bound schedule, and knowledge of IATF 16949 are preferred.
