After- School Program Counselor (West End/Short Pump Area)

The Henrico Education Foundation provides after-school enrichment to elementary-age children attending select Henrico County schools. We are looking for energetic Counselors to lead a designated group of children through a variety of engaging activities while developing positive and nurturing relationships.

Requirements

• Delivers program lesson plans in a developmentally appropriate manner
• Engages with assigned children ensuring a high level of participation in activities
• Develops appropriate relationships with children to better understand and meet the needs of individual children
