Systems Engineer I

Role Overview

As a Systems Engineer I, you'll help keep our Linux infrastructure reliable, secure, and ready to scale. You'll work hands-on across day-to-day operations and the full lifecycle of infrastructure changes—design, build, test, implement, and optimize—while partnering with teams across the organization to solve problems and continuously improve how we run.

What You Will Do

Investigate, fix, and resolve Level 1 Linux infrastructure incidents, use standard monitoring and diagnostic tools to quickly identify root cause and restore service, partner with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams to drive issues to resolution and improve the support experience, and more.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of IT experience, including hands-on Linux systems administration or infrastructure support
• Strong fixing, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document procedures and explain technical topics to partners
• Experience using monitoring, reporting, management, and optimization tools for systems/infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related field) or equivalent practical experience
