Content & Social Lead

Role Overview

We're hiring a Content and Social Lead to own organic growth end-to-end: thought leadership, social channels, newsletter, and video. Your job is to build a repeatable content engine that consistently drives awareness, traffic, and signups.

What You Will Do

Lead all Hercules' organic content across various channels, including X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletter, and Blog. Develop a content production system, manage contractors, and direct vendors for video production.
