Job description
We're hiring a technical Community Lead to own our public forum and keep users unblocked. You'll be hands-on, building scalable community systems and running the feedback loop into product/support.
You'll lead forum ownership and support routing, provide hands-on technical help, build automation and workflows, and run community programs.
We're looking for someone with strong TypeScript and AI skills, excellent communication, and a high-energy, creative, community-first approach.
