Job Description
Heritage Court Senior Living is seeking Caregivers, CNAs, PCWs, and Resident Assistants to provide quality care to residents in a senior living community. The ideal candidate will be caring, compassionate, and able to work within the clinical department attending to residents' individual needs and assisting with activities of daily living.
Requirements
- Read and understand individualized service plans for each resident
- Attend to residents' individual needs, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, etc.
- Promptly answer and courteously respond to residents' pages and alarms
- Perform various tasks as assigned, including providing resident care, administering medications (if med passer and delegated by RN), etc.
