Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the overall maintenance of the company’s campuses and properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in maintenance
• Housing background preferred
• Basic mechanical skills, including light electrical and plumbing
• Ability to critically think and problem solve
• Must be able to push, pull and lift 50lbs, climb ladders and stairs
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
