Operations Associate

hermeneutic Investments is a proprietary trading firm and hedge fund looking for an Operations Associate to execute operational workflows, manage digital asset operations, and support middle and back office operations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in operations at a hedge fund, trading firm, or crypto financial services business
• Direct experience with digital asset operations — custody, settlements, DeFi workflows — strongly preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail; you're the person who spots the error in row 847 of a spreadsheet
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where things move quickly and priorities shift
• Strong communicator — clear, direct, and proactive across teams
• Bachelor's degree required; finance, technical, or business education preferred
