Senior Product Manager (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team at HERO Software. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a continuous, result-oriented product discovery process to understand and solve real customer problems. You will work closely with design and engineering in an interdisciplinary product team and bring concepts into implementation quickly.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics, economics, business administration, economics, computer science, IT management, or a comparable qualification
• Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
• Several years of experience in product management of B2B SaaS products
• Knowledge of common product discovery methods (e.g. Opportunity Solution Tree, Experience Mapping, Assumption Testing)
• Clear focus on result-oriented work and data-driven decision-making (e.g. OKRs, TARS)
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in the B2B context
• Experience in applying Objectives and Key Results for goal setting and performance measurement
